INTEGRATION CIRCLE

Let us integrate and prepare our end of the year together, with this first step towards welcoming a huge new cycle with the upcoming year.
The end of the year is always quite hectic and rightly so, energetically it does represent an end for our collective, and with that the new year does stand for renewal. In numerology 2025 equals to 9 which is the end of a cycle and 2026 to 1 which symbolises renewal momentum. Therefore this is a great time to anchor those new energies while letting go of others and to integrate what this huge year has brought forth.
The group sessions are flexible to the group dynamics. I find connecting and welcoming the flow of who feels called to be present is a gift in itself.
Overall the session will involve different steps from introspection, to meditation, energy healing, to sharing in open ended discussion if you feel called. The theme is evidently focused on what you would like to integrate from this year, and let go of to be able to welcome anew in the new year.
I welcome everyone with their strengths and vulnerabilities, this is a safe space for masks to be shed and truth to be seen and witnessed. There is no judgement but support and empowerment towards re-harmonising you to Self.
Bring water, notepad, pen and whatever else you feel called, special mat, crystals, instruments, etc…
